MEAL DETAILS:
The meal will be buffet (served by volunteers) and will take place downstairs on the patio at 7:15pm. 

Please note:
Only those people who RSVP on-time with this form
will be allowed to attend the meal, as we order accordingly.

Member Rate:
Adults (ages 13 and up) - $45 per person 
Child(ren) (ages 3 - 12) - $25 per person
Ages 2 and under are free
*$150 Maximum per MEMBER Household*

*"Per Member Household" is defined as
parents and single children living under the same roof
 (would also include any single children visiting for Yom Tov). 
Any visiting parents/grandparents/married children & families are NOT considered part of the
"member household,"
and therefore need to sign up as a SEPARATE reservation.

If you would like to SPONSOR THE MEAL and/or RESERVE A TABLE,
you will be able to do so once you receive your dinner confirmation email. In that confirmation email there will be a link that you can copy and paste into a browser, which will give you the various sponsorship opportunities. 

Sponsoring the meal helps offset the cost.
The price of the meal(s) is IN ADDITION to the price of being a sponsor or reserving a table.
